Our engineers will establish exactly what you are looking for; asking specific questions to ascertain which solutions would best fit your requirements. Where required, a site survey can be conducted to take measurements and photographs of the immediate and local area, ensuring that accurate information is gathered in order to make the most efficient design decisions.
T Allen Engineering Services Ltd can either adapt a proven, existing design to suit, or draft a completely new set of design drawings and calculations to suit your application.
Following design approval, the manufacture of the equipment is undertaken within our facility, utilising the materials and finish required to suit the application and operational requirements.
T Allen Engineering Services Ltd manufacture products generally with a mild steel construction, galvanised to BS EN 1461. Certain designs may be suitable for manufacture in aluminium alloy and we can also manufacture many bespoke designs in stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316 to customer requirements. Alternative surface finishes such as painting or powder coating are also available.
If installation is required, T Allen Engineering Services Ltd, employ highly trained and qualified engineers, who will arrange a convenient date, coordinating with other contractors as appropriate, to attend site. We have our own transport, off-loading and installation facilities in-house, ensuring continuity of service and a reduction in the need for sub-contracting.
